The Reason
I thought I'd start this blog by giving out the reason for its existence.
I have been diagnosed with PCOS (PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome). My doctor says I have to exercise every day. An hours worth of walking. I also have to cut back on the carbohydrates. Vegetables and other complex carbohydrates are fine, but simple carbs are not. She recommends only having fruit with breakfast and not throughout the day - at least until my weight improves.
